After spending 10 months in Inner Mongolia, immersed in the world of traditional herders and textile artisans, Seiya developed a vision: to create timeless, effortlessly luxurious knitwear that blends heritage craftsmanship with modern design.

Every Anise piece has a history — from the relationship with the artisan, to the life of the wearer. We design each of our collections with the intention of creating pieces that can be passed down through generations, with minimal waste and minimal carbon footprint. Our jewelry is all made by local artisans based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with expertise in traditional methods of crafting jewelry by hand.
